Please fix my washing machine i am tired of calling ur nos NO RESPONSE

Had purchased a washing machine

I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID - N8CA3003494) with the customer care center on the Some date in OCTOBER.

Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day.

I am still waiting for the complaint to be attended to.

I just want my washing machine is fixed asap.

i am on call as of now also and really frustrated with this, and if nothing happens ill move to consumer court next week.
