Earpiece heating

I have given my mobile for repair on 13th Jun because of earpiece heating. JOB SHEET No. 32465550/090613/35. That day Nokia care people told that the delivery will be made on 22nd Jun. When I called on 30th Jun today at 1430 hrs also the set was not ready and the response from the center is not proper. It is shameful to inform you that lady who lifted the phone has kept the phone in middle. She don’t have curtsey even to have a proper communication.

So, you are requested to look into the matter, please inform me when my phone is ready. Please confirm.
