Non payment of Bonus SB claim

I am the policy holder, On dt. 15.11.2007 I have submitted my policy Bond No.380681090 with the branch L.I.C.OF INDIA BO-I, BILASPUR (C.G) to get my bonus amount. So far I have neither received A/C payee cheque nor received my original Bond cerificate.

On my personal inquiry at L.I.C (RLY) BILASPUR (C.G) it is informed that a cheque was already sent timely which is a great confusion and a fear raised in my mind that the amount might have embezzled and it is a case of quite fraud to a customer.

Therefore I would request you to kindly clarify the full details with signature of receiver of the amount who has en cashed and also request you to get back my original bond as early as possible with out any further remainder.
