Lic endownment policy
Still not recived my policy certificate

Dear sir,

My policy no is 893830021 i have taken this policy before 4 month but still i have not received by policy certificate. When i ask my agent he says that their is some tecnical problem i think he not seriously taking the matter so i request to look into the matter and give some logical answer.
