This is to inform you that I had taken an insurance policy No.- 252745124 under you in the year 2001. But regret to say that no policy bond has been issued to me from your side till date. I have made enquiries from your office many times through my agent but no satisfactory response is forthcoming. This is causing a lot of worries to my family.
