Re: Policy No. 8881314, Insured: Late Shri Sharad Chandra Jain.

We are compelled to knock your door for the justice in respect of above policy due to the following reason :-

• Our father Late Shri Sharad Chandra Jain had opted the above policy from the LIC Jabalpur Branch (Distt. Branch Off. Code No. 374).

• He died in the year 1988 and while searching his old papers, we found the above policy bond. However we are unable to trace the receipt of premiums paid by him during his lift time in account of subject policy.

• We have approached the said district branch for number of times but they were unable to trace the record stating that the policy has already been expired in year 1993 and they don’t keep any record for such long period.

Therefore after applying our all the efforts we hereby request your goodselves to kindly intervene in the matter and help us for getting the policy amount amongst we both nominees
