Lic money back policy
Non receipt of money back amount of Rs 20000/- & no change in my correspondance Address

Dear sir/Madam,

I have a LIC Money back Policy bearing Pol no 122065357 dt 15.1.2003

My first money back was due on Jan but I still have not received the same

Also I have applied for change of my correspondance Address alongwith my Current Bank Account Statement but no action has been taken so far.

you are requested to kindly give me the proper guidance.
