Complaint Against Supreme Computers

I bought the above mentioned item (40 GB HDD WESTERN DIGITAL (B/C)) from Supreme Computers on 7th June and they gave me a warranty for 5 years from the date of purchase (I have attached the invoice and warranty papers). The item is still within warranty period but Supreme is not ready to do the required servicing of the damaged item (40 GB HDD WESTERN DIGITAL (B/C)). When I contacted the manufacturer they said that the warranty is for 3 years but Supreme has given me a warranty for 5 years. So it is Supreme's responsibility to do the servicing of the above mentioned item. I want to launch a complain against Supreme Computers and also want to let you know about the matter.

If you kindly see to the matter and give me an urgent solution, I will be highly obliged.
