Not payment of bonus

I hold policy no. 112041852. table no. 113-18-10. On attaing the age of 22, as per policy conditions, I was to receive 30% of the sum assured w.e.f. september but till today I have not receive the payment. It is despite the fact that I have visited the concerned branch (branch 124, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110005). I request that necessary action be taken and payment release immediately.
