Further, you refused to accept my premium in time twice.

crm.gwalior@licindia.com wrote that complaint No:158984 Dated:15/02 for Policy: 330244437 is closed.

How it was decided?

I expect point wise answers.

What is action on my out of coverage status?

Why one of my cheque of premium kept in LIC, Gurgaon till date?

LIC, Anakapalle has charged extra-money from me without any reason in 2006.

Now, I am not interested to pay penalities due to the mistake of LIC.

Please, provide adequate justice to me / customers.
