Vide our latter dated oct29.2003 submitted to Lic office at Lic of India (Branch NO. 314) 36, Neelam Bata Road Faridabad-121001. We had requested for the transfer policy to Branch No.- 241, 4th Floor Indira Bhawan civil lines. Allahabad-21101

We are sorry to state that our request has not been acted upon till date. and i dont know about my policy where is it Faridabad or Allahabad.

We shall appreciate if the matter is taken up on an urgent basis and Lic confirms to us of the necessary action taken in this regard.
