Issuance of policy

I have paid insurance premium of the amount around Rs1- vide proposal no.16168. The premium was paid in the month of Februrary 2009. I have been in touch with two employees of the Rohini Branch (Delhi) Mr Amarnath (9810076226) and mr Vinod Gupta (9711197122) who have been making promises on issuance of policy ever since, but have not managed to give me the insurance policy.

I am getting false promises from them eversince. I have undergone mediacl tests thrice in the last six months for this.

Kindly help in resolving the issue.
