Refund not received

I have to received 25% of my LIC policy amount as per the plan. I have written twice to the following address :

LIC Policy # 782882799

LIC of India, Brach no. 2

Shines Complex, Chamakkada, Kollam, Kerala

I have sent letters regading this on 12.08.09 & on 12.10.09. Till Now I have not received any reposnse from the above branch
