Maturity amount not recieved since 2004

My Father Pitambar Mohanty, having a LIC Policy - G 107 43 797 got maturity in 2004.

Since 2004 he is moving from ORISSA (Cuttack - Sambalpur - Bhawanipatna.)

Cuttack Branch said go to Sambalpur.

Sambalpur sent to Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi.

BhawaniPatna said they do not have any information on this policy, they can not do anything.

Now what he will do in a age of 65.

Please help.
