Non receipt of money back benefit

I was due to rec money back on 10.6.08. But even after several reminder to Sarsuna br of Kolkata, agent and complained vide greviance no 103266 dt 20.6.08, no communication being received from any one. Kindly take necessery action so that I receive the benefit without any more delay.
