Dear Sir,

I have paid rs.5815.00 as premium for the policy no.385633609 on 27.8.2008 by using SBI net banking (REF.No.--MSBI0808294133IG03293202 TRANSFER TO 10892939787) but till today i have not received the printout of paid premium. I have registered a complain also regarding the same on www.licindia.com and the INFO REQUEST no. is 147850 dtd 29.8.08 and 148816 dtd 2.9.08.This is for UR information and further necessary action please. in this matter.
