Premium deducted twice

Ref: Premium got deducted twice thru on line portal transaction

Written Life Insurance Corporation of India that I’ve paid the premium Rs.7, 538.00 against policy no.562362854 (KM.PRIYANCEE A/S SWEETY) with your on line payment gateway but due to some software problem, amount has been cut twice a time

(Ref: MSBI0810695793IG03786299 transfer to 10892939787 & MSBI0810694755IG03786051 -10892939787 Tr. No. : PR0077663600010809) from my saving account dated 06/10 at 18:55:15 hr.

Further I’ve submitted the online complaints#124036 inturn LIC replied, Duplicate payment is refunded to our vendors to be credited to ph. Ph shall get the credit in his account & Complaint is closed.but I’ve not received the refund

Kindly refund the same at the earliest
