Noncompliance of service req

I have a policy with lic of india at chennai-4th floor sss scheme.

i retired from service in april.

i informed this to lic in peson several times.

still they refused to take payment from me.

after several months when i approached they said the policy is lapsed and has to be revived.

i then did all formalities and paid the dues unnecessarily.

then i asked my policy to be transferred to thanjavur

where i migrated.

i enquired at the thanjavur office and gave a complaint.

they gave a mail to the madras office to transfer the policy to thanjavur.

to this day it is not transferred and it will lapse again for no fault of mine.
