Sub. Request to allow Refund Against Policy No.330903006, (VARISTH PENSION BIMA YOJNA)

Sir/Madam,

I, Balbir Singh, holder of Policy No.330903006 want to surrender it prematurely before

my demise as I am very much stressed due to the threatening cracks which have developed in

the roofs and walls of my Residential house that I had constructed in the year 1980.

I and my wife, both retired teachers, do not have enough means to carry out extensive repairs of

the damaged roofs and walls. It is like reconstructing the entire structure that requires a lot of money.

I, therefore, very earnestly request your honour to allow me to surrender the said Policy and get my

money back unconditionally at the earliest.
