Non reveipt of pension cheque due on 01-03-09

Dear sir,

Inspite of repeatedly approaching grievence cell at MM lic Aligarh and sending the life certificate dually received by Kanpur office on 01-04-09, the payment of RS. 24, 000.00 is still due. mr MK singh of grievence cell is regularly aproaching RM office Kanpur and the officer in person through emails and phone calls by him, and myself. The concerned department is totally non responsive. I hereby wish to write to you that in case the amount is not received within the next 7-10 days I will be left with no option than to take the relevant law court and consumer forum and claim the amount due and compensation for harrasment and loss of intrerst for non payment of the due amount in time for no fault of mine.
