Regarding Surrender of Policy

Dear Sir,

We have surrender Jeevan Akshay Polciy No. 283280747 (Abha Sarkar) and Polciy No. 283277855 (Bireshwar Sarkar) at LIC Varanasi (Br. code No.291) on dated 22.04.2009 alongwith Issued LIC cheques (12 Nos) for clear my pending case.

But it very sorry to say that till date the company had not replied for same surrender polciy nor taken

any pain for that.

You are requested to Kindly confirm the STATUS the same policy and reply to me over phone or mail to us.

Early action in this this matter will be very appriable.
