I Had purchased a 4GB SANDISK PENDRIVE USB 2.0 San Disk Pen Drive 4gb from rediff shopping on 17th Nov and the amount debited from my ICICI Net Banking on 17th Nov I was informed by rediffmail that my item is despatched details as follows: My Track Order Number: 5014676

Delivery Status is: Handed Over To Courier 20-NOV.

Courier Status is : 12284670333

Delar Name is: SMART_DEAL

They have mentioned the Courier wrong Consinsginment number, They did''t given any phone number.

But till todate i havenot received the item even after approaching rediff customer care they have not given any correct details, the courier detail given by rediff shpopping turned out to be invaild, indicating that i have been cheated by rediff shopping. Kindly help me to proceed legally against this web site, to retreive my money.
