Cheque bounced

I received a cheque no 212542 dt. on 07/03/08 and deposited in the sbi bank branch (kamla nehru nagar, jabalpur), but on 08/04/08 i got informed that my cheque has bounced, i called him so many times but he always says that he will pay me cash but nothing amt. i got. that so why i want to complain against him.details as & 1/ cheque no -212542 (2) micr no - 462013009
