Dear Sir,

This is to lodge complaint about one of your Corporate Agents! (I doubt whether they are your Corporate to use your name), franchisee od India Infoline, Located at New No 62, Chozha Foundations, Second Floor, First Avenue, Ashoknagar, Chennai - 600083.

On 18th I went to enquire about policy details taken already. But blindly the Officer or Executive (name refused to say) refused to expalin any thing. He also barked like a dog and behaved indecently hurting me.

He said we can not explain the policy taken from other places? Is it so! You can complaint any where? Is it correct?
