I have Submitted refund form for policy no. 195130942 on 08.12.2007 with all the necessary document but when I called LIC Office for knowing the status I came to know that there is a problem in their internal "IT" department & due to that they are not able to proceed it.
Last two month i am following with them and always they said within a short period your problem will solve but still it is pending.
KIndly resolve my problem.
