None Receipt of money back benifit

As my policy no 261583208 of 210 branch Agra got matured on 28 -08 . 40% of assured amount was required to be paid by the branch which will be 40000 bonus. The branch has mailed the cheque to my old address at agra . i got my address changed to my present address at delhi long back.the same address was available in my policy account when the cheque have been issued. Even after number of representation with the branch i have not received the money.
