Non receipt of Policy Bond Pape

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had taken a policy of Life Insurance Corporation of India at Katihar Branch on 23rd Feb. Till Now I have not received the Original Bond Paper of my policy from the Branch.

I had repeatedly followed up with Agent and Branch of LIC but sorry to say that till now I had not received the same.
