Non receipt of annuity cheques

I was working in Essar Steel Ltd at hazira till Aug 04. Essar was maintaing annuity account with LIC. I had given my bank account no of SBBJ for crediting cheque directly to my bank account. After computerisation account no was changed. I had received intimation that cheque no 375509 for Rs 1732/- dated 23/8/08 has been deposited in my account. But in bank account so far nothing has been credited. I had written letter to Branch Manager of LIC, Surat, on 22nd mar 09, but there is no response. I want every year my annuity to be credited in my account and earlier cheques which are still not credited. Details are as under.
