Not Receiving Original Receipt of Policy

Dear All

I took the LIC policy on 27-05 having number.874536374 (Jivan Saral) from LIC office at Sayajigunj Vadodara through Agent but still date I am not receiving LIC Receipt and no responce from the LIC development officer. (Mr. Jignesh Bhatt-Mobile No.09825308833).
