Non reciept of pension after maturity of jeevan Dhara Policy

I have a JeevanDhara Policy no.260223901 single premium paid maured on 1.3.2008 pension was to be commenced. For more than one year I have been contacting issuing office in mathura, CRM at Aligarh. They have assured many times however, till date the pension has not commenced. Please help me to redress the problem.
