I have an money back insurance policy for sum assured of Rs.50, 000.00 with LIC, Shaktinagar, Distt: Sonebhadra under salary savings scheme. 25% refund amounts to Rs.12, 500 was due in September' 2008 which I have not yet received despite my several reminders to the concerned branch. Monthly premium has uninterruptly deducted from my salary till March'2009 and thereafter I am sending premium from my source. I have sent 5 letters through speed post as also requested several times over telephone but every time they asked to reply after a few days after verifying the status of my policy.
