NON RECEIPT OF ANNUITY CHEQUES FOR 2010

I am a 73 year old Senior citizen. Normally my Annuity cheques in respect of my Annuity Policy No policy No 213774054 Plan 161 for the ensuing financial year were received in February before the first payment became due on April 1. This year the cheques have not been received till today i.e. April 9.This speaks volumes of the level of Lucknow office of LICI.

I can approach on internet but how many 73 years old can walk up two floors to remind the sleeping officials of LICI.

Its very sad and inhuman.

Pl take up this complaint at the highest level to avoid harassment to such old Sr Citizens.
