Non receipt of interest

This is to inform you that myself Rajesh Agrawal have taken an Money Back policy Dated 10/12/1994, Policy No 340303981, whose instalment of Rs 25000/- which was due in the month of December had been received in month of Janaury 2009 .

So please give me interest amount on Rs 25000/- for three years.

However I have told this problem to your concerned branch office in INDORE and they replied that checque of RS 25000/- had been sent at your concerned address (as given in policy) but the same had not been received by the policy holder.

However I have given an application for changing my residential address and the same has been accepted by the LIC on 03/02 through your transaction no 350.
