BroadBand Usage

Sir,

i am using 500C plan of BSNL Broad Band.

i have unlimted download from 0200-0800hrs.

on 21th of oct i have been charged when i have downloaded between my unlimted period.

means every time it shows 0KB download when i download between 0200-0800, but on this date it shows 321 MB download between 0159-0230hrs.

it may be noticed that i have been started downloading a minute earlier the unlimited period, but according to my knowledge any plans like this always keep track of time, means i may be charged for 1mint download before 0200 hrs, but i have been charged also after 0200hrs.

n one thing also that when my unlimited time overs means after 0800 i always been charged for 1 minutes also, so they keep track of closing time but not of starting time.

so, please its my humble request, look into the matter and do the needful.
