myself bhawna agrawal, i paid a premium for the policy no. 241181958 on the name of my brother rajesh kumar . the premiumm amount is Rs.3096 from my bank account in state bank of india on 13th may at 2.06 through online but yet i don't received any premium paid receipt and also call to your customer care centre but he don't give satisfactory answer so i request to you that please enquiry for my receipt immediately
