Sir, i had purchased some shirts from lifestyle stores, oberoi mall, goregaon east. After billin, they by mistake FORGOT to put in one shirt in my plastic carry bag. i realized it after coming back home. even after calling them that same evening three times, thay dont talk properly. i requested them to deliver as i dun stay close and i cannot come. they then were ki well call back but never did. its been 2 days and more than 20 times i have called but to no response. now this is india.

its aweful for lifestyles as they are suchh big stores and still dont knoe to value their customers..
