Not Working

Sub:-Deactivation of my Life Time Prepaid Cell Card-reg

I have purchased Prepaid LifeTime Card in Customer Relation Office located at Malkajgiri Secunderabad bearing No.9704085732 and the SIM No.89914904040114779059 by paying Rs.250/-(appx) and recharged twice ie on 13/5/08 and 23/6/08. My expiry date for Incoming is 26/1. But to my surprise it is not working and when I enquired about the position in the same CR Office the guy sitting there arrogantly told that I have not used the card since 2 months hence your Card is no longer valid. This was neither mentioned at the time of purchasing the Card nor printed on the Cover provided along with the Card.

Hence it is a clear cut cheating people like me, if no action taken, I will approach Consumer Forum.
