No contact/no recpt.after invested

I have invested 12 thousand rupees by cheque (which has been cleared by the bank), in ICICI Pru - Life Time gold on 26/12 but I have not yet received even a simple receipt of it or the policy. Few days before I had been told that I will get it very soon but from last 10 days Mr. Nikunj (who was from ICICI. Mob No 9221836460) dose'nt pick my phone & I have no other contacts. I am in need of document to produce for Tax Saving. Please do the needful.
