Sir,
This is in refernce to policy no 11390402 on the name of Mr Jaswinder Singh issued on dated 26 febuary 09.One person Mr Pankaj Kumar visited my pemises dated 25 feburary09 regarding renewal of my credit card of mine (e.i. Jaswinder Singh) He got sign of mine on requisite documents to renew the credit card. To my utter surprise, I got policy (life insurance) on my name and premium for this was debited in my credit card account.
When confirmed from your executive Mr.pankaj kumar having mobile no 09356553500, he said that policy had been wrongly issued and will be returned shortly.
How such blunder con happen??? Can life insurance policy issued without ever filling & signing form???
The policy document received by me bear signature of myself which is fake. I have'nt signed on tjis attached policy form and this is not mine signature.
kindly look in to the matter & return this policy as soon as possible and refund the amount already deducted into my account
