Dear sir,

i am recharged my number (9776312183) by your Rs 149 bonus card on 13 october.after 3 days i get a message from your company to recharge by Rs 12 for getting the benifit of 1paisa/second without any additional information but when i recharged by Rs 12 i found that my 149 bonous card is not working.

Therfore i request to u to give some sympathatic consideration and take some necessary action on the above complain.if you dont take any step on my complain i will bound to go to the consumer court.
