Charging almost double than the market price

I upgraded my compaq laptopV6316TU laptop by installing a 512MB RAM, speed 533. The service centre (WEREACH INFOTECH, #205, 1st floor, 7th block, kormangala, bangalore) charged me RS 1500.00. i bought the RAM from him. when i enquired from other service centre i came to know that the actual price is RS.890.00. when i told the same to Mr Vijay owner of the service centre (WEREACH INFOTECH) he just closed his centre and went away.
