Defective product received

I was received defective watch on dtd 16/10 please let me know when u r replece or re-found my amount .i m very dissopointed abt u.r .product & service.

it is chitting with customer.i hd already submited the complaint on dtd-21/10/08 but i hv not received any reply in yr side.

Please cleare this problem erlier.
