Non delivery of goods ordered one and half months earlier and non refund of payment made twice erroneously

Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered a Reebok Kit for Rs. 3198/- on 21 January. Ever since I have made the order, I m writing through emails on the Id's provided in the company's website (itbc4u@indiatodaybookclub.com and bookclub@offers.indiatodaybookclub.com) and also calling the customer care (011 4050424).

But, I have not yet received my order since one and half months. Further, I have made the online payment using my credit card, which was wrongly credited twice to India today. Thus, Rs. 6396 were paid instead of Rs. 3198. Moreover, to prove that, I received two order Ids -

1. MITBC-WEB-01873544

2. M-COMMERCE/0GA090002558.

I have written several emails giving all the details (and attaching the copy of my credit card statement for February which clearly shows that Living Media has received the payment twice on the same day itself. Thus, Rs. 6396 has been paid instead of Rs. 3198). However, there is no movement from their side and everytime a customer care executive promises to respond to my email id within 24 hours but no action is taken by them.

In such circumstances, I am not left with any option than to pursue a legal action on the company.

Please treat this case seriously and serve your customers diligently. My details are given below: -
