Replacement of nokia 5310

Dear sir,

I bought mobile 5310 Music Express dated 14.02.08 from hot spot shop sector 8 R.K Puram New Delhi.

from the beginning i am facing the problem and still i donot load single song in this mobile because

this mobile has been already repair two threetimes in the geen park nokia care service centre for a long period.and still this mobile is in nokia care service centre.

And small small problems are continuouslly coming in this phone thats why i m unable to load single song.

I want to change this phone. So many times i went nokia service centre-Green Park branch near Uphaar cenema New Delhi. and the Service centre people not respond properly.i m totally fedup from you service.

Now phone is totally bounced same problem is coming continuous.

Now i request you I want to replace my phone.

If required i will send you mobile slip, jobsheet, nokia slip which i received from nokia service centre
