Hi,

I have purchased Samsung Marin Mobile Phone after receiving your mail.

1. Living Media India Limited/ India book club had promised me to give free gifts of - Free return air tickets for 2 anywhere in India & 2 nights & 3 Days free stay at your chosen locations all over india.

When as per instruction printed in invoice- I tried to log in on your web page www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm on 20th Sep 09, 29th Sep 09 & today on 1st Oct 09.(I have taken snap shots each time as a proof of this)

Each time site was showing 'Site down for maintainance- Try after 3 days'

When I tried calling your help line -01140502424 for various times, no one received my call.

I have come to conclusion that Living Media India Limited/ India book club is not in position to give such any benefit as claimed earlier.
