Non-reciept of free merchandise as promised

I had ordered an eight CD pack as advertised in my mail vide the following details:-

1. Order no: 0GA090034809

2. Order Date: 17-03-09.

3. Membership No: ITBC09941420

4. Login web ID: 1521420

5. Recd the parcel today, 30/03/09 vide VPP and paid the amount by cash.

Called the no- 01140502424 and was told to open a particular site which is not responding or opening.

How do I claim my free gift?.. or is this just another hoax?

Do reply if there is any authencity left with this reputed publisher... or pusher
