They charged Credit Card two times for single Order - Not Responding

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had ordered for "Beneton Watch" for Rs. 499 on 23/04 and my credit card was used for that.

Some how they charged my credit card two times and deducted 499 499=998 for the single order I placed. I have received that "Beneton Watch" worth Rs. 499. And I sent many mails to them to refund my extra deducted money. I also called them so many times on phones 011-400502424 and 18001024242 but there is no reponse from their side.

My booking Id for the reference is 7770006748.

Would request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
