Debit of amount from credit card against the samsung cam corde

I have recieved a call from 1206182170 on 25/8 around 13:40 from a lady executive regarding a samsung camcorder of 12.1 megapixel for a price of Rs. 15998/- with this philips home theatre 5.1 channel free ipod air ticket Rs. 50000/- jewellary free, i have agreed for that then she transfer my call to his boss for confirmation, he also told me about the offer and i have done the transaction through my credit card, amount is processed then he once again called me and he told me to generate the jewellary voucher for Rs. 598/- once again the transaction is processed for the above item. but once again she called me about confirmation about my address, during this process i have asked so many times about my reference number, but they have not given me anything they told we will call you after 5 minutes. kindly confirm my refernce number for claiming the samsung camcorder plus the gift which i have elgible.

In my credit card statement, debited amount is showing clearly.
