Inoperational web site for claim of free gift

I am a subscriber to the periodical India Today. I have not been receiving the periodical for the last 4 weeks. The last one I have received is the issue of August 25. I am at a loss to know why and how it happened! Besides, I have not been able to open the web site http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm for claiming the free gift that the company has offered vide written communication.
