Non-refund of FD amount

Dear sir/madam

Im having Lloyds Finance FD certificates which has matured. I have submitted same to the Lloyds Finance, but Im not getting any corrospondance from opposite party. What will be the future of our investments? What should I do to get my investment amount back? Is their are any comments from Lloyds Investment? Why government is not taking any action against such defaulters? Where should I complain about same? Has your forum taken any action against the same? I come across many complainsts agaist Lloyds finance on your forum, what were the proceeding of that complaints. Kindly give me information, Im in totally trrapped condtition please help me.
